An International Art Colony of the Deaf on Hvar

Another first for Hvar, as it has been annouced that the first international art colony of the deaf will congregate on Hvar later this year, an event organised by 'World of Silence', the Cultural Association for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing People in Croatia.
