Beach of the Week: 12. Pokojni Dol

Bathers at Pokojni Dol bay got rather a shock last summer, when a 40 metre yacht ran aground in the bay, having hit the picturesque island of the same name. Fortunately there was no environmental damage of one of Hvar's prettiest bays.

Pokojni Dol has it all - a great beach, wonderful view to over the island with the lighthouse, and Mustaco, an excellent waterfront restaurant with accommodation toboot.
