Hvar Town 2012 Carnival in Pictures

Those Italians were in town again.

Some were too lazy to walk.

Others had bribed the authorities so that they could drive their limosines around the square.

The best costume of all. Jaksa dressed up as a professional photographer (and looked very convincing).

The pjaca filled with costumes of all kinds, a wonderful atmosphere.

A little British commercial class meets Hvar riva style.

I have no idea where those ladies from Forske Uzonce get their energy from.

The thing was, I had a blog on the glass museum in Zadar to finish, and I retired for a quiet drink to Caffe Sidro, unaware I was about to be serenaded by 12 female Zorros.

It was no use complaining to the owner of Sidro...

And those Uzonce ladies appeared everywhere! Hoping for a quiet meeting at Hotel Riva with a business associate, who should pop out of the restaurant?

Bravo everyone! A spectacular day and a joy to watch from distance (even if I didn't finish the blog on the glass museum in Zadar...).
