While Hvar Town does have beaches, the real treasures are a short water taxi ride away to the Pakleni Islands, which offer an escape from the crowds and a chance to find some privacy in some of the many hidden coves.
If that is too much exertion, relax at the town's beaches, or chill in the atmosphere of its beach clubs, such as Hula Hula and Bonj les Bains.
