The main cultural attractions in Vrboska are included in the Vrbsoka Cultural Summer, which runs from late June to the end of August, and includes concerts, festivals and, in 2011, a visit from the Pirates of Omiš.

There are other festivals throughout the year, the most important of which is the Easter Procession, known as Za Križem.
